Bradford Assembly held its annual conference at Carlisle Business Centre on February 16th.
The keynote speech by John Beard of NAVCA(pictured) stimulated a discussion about Localism and the implications for the third sector.
Delegates described CBC as “Bradford’s Rolls Royce conference venue”.
